Now that we're getting up there in mileage, 

every little bit of nature and amusement really helps! 

Betsy is still making her way through Paris! 

There's no better way to learn a city than to run it.

4 mile laps with me this morning; 

I definitely appreciated the company! 

I also took full advantage of post run lake time...

still jealous of all of Ally's lake time...
